08:57 AM EST, 02/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- American Tungsten ( DEMRF ) said Wednesday that it acquired additional mining rights at the past-producing IMA tungsten mine in Idaho through staking.

The company acquired 113 WMO federal lode mining claims covering an area of 1,988.6 acres.

"These additional claims reinforce our footprint in Idaho and bolster the IMA Mine's land position," CEO Murray Nye said.

The company's share price shot up 17% on Tuesday to $2.25 on the CSE.
