American Water Works Subsidiary Completes Acquisition of Bass Lake Water System

03:12 AM EDT, 08/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- American Water Works' ( AWK ) California American Water subsidiary said late Tuesday it has completed its acquisition of the Bass Lake Water Company system.

The company was scheduled to begin providing water service to Bass Lake customers on Tuesday.
