American Well Received NYSE Noncompliance Notice

04:50 PM EDT, 04/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- American Well ( AMWL ) said Thursday it received a noncompliance notice from the New York Stock Exchange.

The company has a six-month window to regain compliance with the minimum price requirements and it intends to do so.

It is considering a reverse stock split to regain compliance, subject to board and shareholders approval.
