America's Car-Mart Completes $216 Million Auto Loan Securitization

08:28 AM EDT, 05/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- America's Car-Mart (CRMT) said Friday that it has completed a $216 million asset-backed term securitization.

The company said the ACM Auto Trust 2025-2 issued about $165.2 million in class A notes at a 5.55% coupon and about $50.8 million in class B notes at 7.25%, with a total weighted average coupon of 6.27%.
