America's Car-Mart Receives Nasdaq Notice of Non-Compliance for Failure to Submit Annual Report
Aug 1, 2025 7:18 AM

09:48 AM EDT, 08/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- America's Car-Mart (CRMT) said Friday that it has received a notice of non-compliance from Nasdaq for not filing its Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended April 30 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission within the specified deadline.

The company said the annual report was not submitted due to the need to include "required disclosures related to loan modifications for borrowers experiencing financial difficulty" in the report.

The company said it is required to submit a plan to regain compliance by Sept. 29, and Nasdaq may grant an exception up to Jan. 26, 2026, once it receives such a plan.

The notice is not expected to have an immediate effect on the listing or trading of its common stock, the company said.
