08:24 AM EDT, 09/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Americold Realty Trust ( COLD ) said Thursday that it has opened a new cold storage facility in Dubai.

The import-export facility, developed under a joint venture with RSA Cold Chain in partnership with DP World, will connect global food producers with Gulf Cooperation Council markets via sea freight, the company said.

The facility provides 40,000 pallet positions, multi-temperature capabilities, and bonded and non-bonded storage, Americold said.
