06:27 AM EDT, 06/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Americold Realty Trust ( COLD ) said Thursday it amended and expanded its syndicated credit facility, increasing total borrowing capacity and extending key maturities.
The company said the revised agreement included a $1.15 billion revolving credit facility and an expanded term loan facility featuring a new 230 million Australian dollars ($158.6 million) tranche and a 100 million Canadian dollar ($70.2 million) increase to its term A-2 loan.
The revolving credit facility now matures in June 2030, while the term A-2 and 2025 delayed-draw term loan tranches were extended to June 2031, the company said.
Americold said it drew the full AU$230 million term loan and the incremental CA$100 million term A-2 loan at closing, using the proceeds to repay borrowings under its revolving credit facility.
The amended facility will support general corporate purposes, debt refinancing and working capital needs, the company added.
