03:44 AM EDT, 09/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Americold Realty Trust ( COLD ) said late Thursday it has priced an underwritten public offering of $500 million of 5.409% notes due Sept. 12, 2034, at 100% of par value.

Net proceeds will be used for debt repayments, and for general corporate purposes, the company said.

Closing of the offering is expected to occur on Sept. 12, subject to customary closing conditions.
