Ametek Buys Kern Microtechnik

07:51 AM EST, 02/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ametek ( AME ) said Tuesday it bought Kern Microtechnik, a manufacturer of high-precision machining and optical inspection systems.

Germany-based Kern has annual sales of about 50 million euros ($51.6 million), Ametek ( AME ) said.
