The drugmaker identified unauthorized activity this month involving data stored in cloud systems operated by third- party providers. The incident resulted in the exfiltration of some company data, including patient and proprietary information, it said.

Amgen ( AMGN ) continues to assess the potential impact of the incident and is reviewing its regulatory and legal notification requirements.
