Analysts polled by FactSet expected $4.27.

Revenue for the quarter that ended Dec. 31 was $8.15 billion compared with $7.45 billion a year earlier.

Analysts expected $8.06 billion.

For 2025, Amgen ( AMGN ) reiterated its prior guidance for non-GAAP EPS of $20.00 to $21.20 on revenue of $34.3 billion to $35.7 billion.

Analysts are looking for $20.66 and $35.10 billion, respectively.

Amgen ( AMGN ) shares were fractionally higher in after-market activity.
