KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 24 (Reuters) - Corporate services

provider Amicorp Group has denied allegations it knowingly

facilitated more than $7 billion in fraudulent transactions

related to the misappropriation of funds from Malaysian state

fund 1Malaysia Development Berhad.

Amicorp will defend itself and dispute the relief sought by

1MDB in court following a legal claim of more than $1 billion

filed by the Malaysian sovereign wealth in the British Virgin

Islands, Amicorp said in a statement late on Monday.
