11:52 AM EDT, 07/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Amkor Technology ( AMKR ) has signed a memorandum of understanding with Infineon Technologies ( IFNNF ) to jointly promote decarbonization and sustainability initiatives throughout the supply chain, according to a statement Thursday.

Both companies plan to utilize their Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test business relationship to tackle emissions along their supply chain, the statement said.
