05:46 PM EDT, 09/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Amkor Technology ( AMKR ) said late Monday it priced a $500 million private offering of 5.875% senior notes due 2033 to institutional buyers.

The company expects net proceeds of about $494 million, which it plans to use to redeem its $400 million of 6.625% senior notes due 2027, pay related fees and expenses, and for general corporate purposes.

The offering is expected to close on Sept. 22, the company said.
