Net sales for the quarter ended June 30 were $1.46 billion, unchanged from last year.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $1.45 billion.

Amkor ( AMKR ) said it expects Q3 diluted earnings of $0.42 to $0.56 per share on revenue of $1.79 billion to $1.89 billion.
