AMMO Names Paul Kasowski as CFO

04:44 PM EDT, 09/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AMMO (POWW) said Tuesday it named Paul Kasowski as its chief financial officer, effective immediately.

Kasowski succeeds Rob Wiley, who resigned Sept. 19 upon the board's request, the company said.

The new CFO previously served as chief compliance and transformation officer at AMMO, it added.

The company's shares were down more than 5% in after-hours trading.
