07:35 AM EST, 11/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ammo (POWW) said Tuesday that it has received a notice of deficiency from Nasdaq for the delayed filing of a quarterly report on Form 10-Q.

Ammo said it was unable to file its quarterly report on time due to an ongoing internal investigation, which the company said in September was regarding its internal control over financial reporting for the fiscal years 2020 through 2023.

The company said it was given until Jan. 25 to submit a plan to regain compliance with the stock exchange.
