04:17 PM EST, 11/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ampco-Pittsburgh ( AP ) said late Friday that its board has elected David Anderson as vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer, and assistant secretary, effective Jan. 1, 2026.

Anderson will succeed Michael McAuley, who will serve as strategic advisor to the CEO until his planned retirement on June 30, 2026, the company said. It added that Anderson will also retain his current role as president of Air & Liquid Systems Corporation, a subsidiary of Ampco-Pittsburgh ( AP ).
