02:52 PM EDT, 10/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Amphenol ( APH ) said Monday that it is offering additional 5.050% senior notes due 2027 following the initial issuance of $450 million notes issued in April.

The new notes will have the same terms as existing ones, according to the company.

Amphenol ( APH ) said it plans to use the proceeds for cash consideration of CommScope's acquisition, deal-related expenses and fees, and general corporate purposes.

Amphenol ( APH ) is also selling $1.5 billion of investment-grade bonds in three parts, Bloomberg reported, citing a person familiar with the matter.

The company did not immediately respond to MT Newswires about the $1.5 billion offering.
