Amphenol Prices $750 Million Senior Note Offering
Jun 9, 2025 2:34 PM

05:10 PM EDT, 06/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Amphenol ( APH ) said Monday it priced an offering of $750 million of senior notes due 2028.

The notes will have an interest rate of 4.375% per year, the company said, and the offering is expected to close on Thursday.

The company also said that, simultaneously or shortly after the US dollar note offering, it expects to offer euro-denominated notes.

Neither the completion of the US dollar note offering nor the euro note offering is contingent on the completion of the other, Amphenol ( APH ) said.

The company said net proceeds from both offerings will be used to repay debt under its US commercial paper program and for general corporate purposes.
