04:59 PM EDT, 06/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Amphenol ( APH ) said Wednesday that it priced a 600 million euro ($689.1 million) offering of 3.125% senior notes due 2032.

The company expects to close the offering on June 16.

Net proceeds from the offering, along with funds from a $750 million 4.375% senior notes offering, will be used to repay borrowing under the US commercial paper program and general corporate purposes, according to Amphenol ( APH ).
