05:45 AM EDT, 10/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Amphenol ( APH ) said late Monday it priced $250 million of its senior notes due 2027; $750 million of its senior notes due 2035; and $500 million of its senior notes due 2054.

Annually, the 2027 notes will have an interest rate of 5.05%, the 2035 notes will have an interest rate of 5%, and the 2054 notes will have an interest rate of 5.375%.

Net proceeds from the offering, which is set to close Thursday, will be used for the company's pending acquisition of CommScope's ( COMM ) mobile networks businesses, as well as for general corporate purposes.
