Amphenol Prices Three Senior Notes Offering Totaling $1.5 Billion
Apr 2, 2024 2:53 PM

05:44 PM EDT, 04/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Amphenol ( APH ) said late Tuesday it priced a $450 million offering of senior notes due 2027, $450 million of senior notes due 2029, and $600 million of senior notes due 2034.

The company said the 2027 notes carry an interest rate of 5.05% per annum, the 2029 notes come with 5.05% per annum, and the 2034 notes offer 5.25% per annum in interest.

Net proceeds, together with a combination of cash on hand and other debt financing, will likely pay for, among other things, the pending acquisition of the Carlisle Interconnect Technologies business of Carlisle Companies, Inc.
