08:16 AM EDT, 07/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Amphenol ( APH ) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $0.81 per diluted share, up from $0.44 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.67.

Net sales for the quarter ended June 30 were $5.65 billion, up from $3.61 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $5.04 billion.

The company said it expects Q3 adjusted diluted EPS of $0.77 to $0.79 on sales of $5.4 billion to $5.5 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $0.69 and $5.24 billion, respectively.

Amphenol ( APH ) shares were up more than 6% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
