Amphenol Q4 Adjusted Earnings, Net Sales Rise; Q1 Guidance Issued

08:08 AM EST, 01/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Amphenol ( APH ) reported Q4 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $0.55 per diluted share, up from $0.41 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.50.

Net sales for the quarter ended Dec. 31 were $4.32 billion, compared with $3.33 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $4.06 billion.

The company said it expects Q1 adjusted earnings in the range of $0.49 to $0.51 per diluted share on sales of $4 billion to $4.10 billion.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect Q1 adjusted EPS of $0.48 on sales of $3.93 billion.

Amphenol ( APH ) shares were up over 5% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
