Amplify Energy Sells Non-Operated Eagle Ford Assets for $23 Million

05:54 PM EDT, 07/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Amplify Energy ( AMPY ) said Tuesday that it closed the sale of all of its non-operated working interest in Eagle Ford assets to Murphy Exploration & Production for $23 million, subject to adjustments.

Net proceeds from the sale will be used to repay debt, according to the company.

Amplify also said it is considering adding back Beta development wells that it had previously deferred in May.
