09:36 AM EDT, 08/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AmpliTech Group ( AMPG ) said Friday its bookings crossed $1 million in August.

The maker of component-based amplifiers said its Spectrum Semiconductor Materials unit received a $600,000 order from a new domestic customer while its Specialty Microwave unit received an order of over $200,000.

Spectrum Semiconductor Materials also completed a nearly $700,000 sale last week, AmpliTech ( AMPG ) said.

Shares of the company were up 3.1% in recent Friday trading.
