11:16 AM EST, 11/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Amprius Technologies ( AMPX ) said Wednesday it has launched the Amprius Korea Battery Alliance to expand its presence in South Korea and accelerate the commercialization of its battery technologies for electric mobility and clean energy markets.

The company said initial members of the alliance include battery manufacturers, materials suppliers, cell component producers, equipment makers, and investors.

Under the initiative, Amprius Technologies ( AMPX ) said it will collaborate with Korean companies to support technical and commercial efforts.

Shares of Amprius Technologies ( AMPX ) were down 4.7% in recent Wednesday trading.
