Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.02.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $3.68 billion, up from $3.45 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $3.49 billion.

The company now expects full-year 2025 revenue of $11.7 billion to $12.0 billion, compared with its previous guidance of $11.4 billion and $11.8 billion.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $11.71 billion.

Shares of Amrize ( AMRZ ) were up 1.1% in after-hours activity.
