10:14 AM EDT, 09/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Amrize ( AMRZ ) said Thursday it has launched the MV Tamarack, a next-generation cement carrier with capacity of more than 10,000 cubic meters, in partnership with Eureka Shipping.

The 12,500-deadweight tonnage vessel replaces two older ships, consolidating operations into a single, high-performance carrier designed to boost efficiency and reduce emissions, the company said.

Amrize ( AMRZ ) said the vessel will enhance delivery of its building materials while beginning a planned 15-year service under Eureka Shipping's ownership.
