Amrize Q2 Earnings, Revenue Decline

04:43 PM EDT, 08/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Amrize ( AMRZ ) reported Q2 earnings late Wednesday of $0.78 per diluted share, down from $0.86 a year earlier.

Two analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.15.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $3.22 billion, down from $3.24 billion a year earlier.

Three analysts polled by FactSet expected $3.39 billion.

The company now expects full-year 2025 revenue of $11.40 billion to $11.80 billion. Analysts expect $11.91 billion.

Shares of Amrize ( AMRZ ) were down 4% in after-hours trading.
