09:29 AM EDT, 08/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- AMTD IDEA ( AMTD ) , its unit AMTD Digital ( HKD ) and AMTD Digital ( HKD ) unit Generation Essentials ( TGE ) said Wednesday that all executive directors and members of their core management teams have signed lock-up agreements related to their holdings in the three companies.

The executive officers and management team members have pledged to not to sell any equity securities they own in the companies in the open market for two years starting Wednesday, the companies said.

Shares of AMTD Idea ( AMTD ), AMTD Digital ( HKD ) and Generation Essentials ( TGE ) were each rising more than 2% in recent premarket activity Wednesday.
