04:21 PM EDT, 08/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AMTD IDEA ( AMTD ) said late Friday it received a noncompliance notice from the New York Stock Exchange for failing to maintain an average closing price of $1 per American depositary share over 30 consecutive business days.

The company has six months to regain compliance with the listing rule, according to a statement.
