04:18 AM EST, 02/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Analog Devices ( ADI ) said Tuesday its board has increased the company's quarterly dividend by 8% to $0.99 per common share.

The latest dividend will be paid March 17 to shareholders of record on March 4.

The board also authorized the company to repurchase an additional $10 million of its common stock, bringing the total remaining share repurchase authorization to about $11.5 billion.
