10:33 AM EDT, 09/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Analog Devices ( ADI ) said Wednesday it signed a memorandum of understanding with three Tata Group companies to assess the prospects of establishing an electronics manufacturing ecosystem in India for global consumption.

The strategic alliance with Tata Electronics, Tata Motors and Tejas Networks will leverage Analog's products in Tata applications like electric vehicles and network infrastructure, the chipmaker said.

Analog also said it will explore opportunities jointly with Tata Electronics to manufacture its products in Tata Electronics' factory in Gujarat and OSAT in Assam.

Terms of the collaboration were not disclosed.
