Anavex Life Sciences Files $150 Million Shelf

05:15 AM EDT, 07/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Anavex Life Sciences ( AVXL ) on Monday filed a registration statement for the potential sale of up to $150 million of common stock from time to time.

The company said the net proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
