10:29 AM EST, 11/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Andersons (ANDE) said Monday it has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Skyland Grain, expanding its grain and fertilizer operations across Kansas, Oklahoma, Colorado and Texas.

Financial details weren't provided.

The deal also provides Skyland access to Andersons' resources and assets, the company said.

Andersons shares rose 1.8% in recent trading.
