Andlauer Healthcare Group Announces Preliminary Results of Substantial Issuer Bid

09:21 AM EDT, 06/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Andlauer Healthcare Group ( ANDHF ) on Thursday announced the preliminary results of its substantial issuer bid to buy back up to 2 million subordinate voting shares at $45 per share for a maximum of $90 million. The offer expired on June 19.

The 2 million shares represent 4.8% of the company's total issued and outstanding shares.

Andlauer closed down 0.9% at $38.73 on Wednesday.
