05:16 PM EST, 03/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Andlauer Healthcare Group ( ANDHF ) , after trade Monday, said it formed a joint venture combining its packaging subsidiary, Nova Pack, with NowPac, a privately-owned company specializing in contract packaging services for the healthcare sector.
The joint venture is equally owned by Andlauer's subsidiary Accuristix and an entity controlled by NowPac's owners, Kris and Andrina Calder.
The venture aims to offer advanced packaging solutions using technology, automation, and Andlauer's nationwide healthcare supply-chain network in Canada. It will be led by President of NowPac Kris Calder, Andlauer said, adding that it expects the JV to positively impact cash flow and earnings.
The financial details of the deal weren't disclosed.
Andlauer shares closed down $1.46 to $38.87 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
