05:21 PM EDT, 06/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Andlauer Healthcare Group ( ANDHF ) after close of trade Tuesday said shareholders voted overwhelmingly in favor of a $2.2-billion offer UPS (UPS).

Andlauer shareholders will receive $55.00 in cash for each share held.

According to a company press release, the final order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) approving the arrangement will be sought on June 26.

Andlauer shares closed up $0.40 to $52.04 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
