07:52 AM EDT, 03/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Andlauer Healthcare Group Inc. ( ANDHF ) over the weekend reported fourth-quarter earnings of $18.6 million, or $0.44 per diluted share, down from $19.8 million, or $0.46 per diluted share, a year ago.
Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2023, was $169.1 million, up from $165.8 million a year earlier. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $165.5 million.
EBITDA for Q4 was $44.8 million, up from $44.7 million a year earlier.
The company declared a first-quarter shareholder dividend of $0.10 per subordinate voting share and multiple voting share. The dividend will be paid on April 15 to shareholders of record as at March 28.
The dividend has been raised from the Q4 dividend of $0.09 per subordinate voting share and multiple voting share.
