05:29 PM EDT, 10/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Angi ( ANGI ) said Tuesday it appointed Bailey Carson as chief operating officer, effective immediately.

Carson previously served as the company's chief customer experience officer, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Angi ( ANGI ) also said it named Julie Gosal Hoarau as chief accounting officer, succeeding Christopher Bohnert, who will resign from the role, effective Nov. 1. Gosal Hoarau most recently served as vice president of accounting operations at MongoDB (MDB).

Angi ( ANGI ) also appointed Glenn Orchard as chief growth officer, effective immediately. Orchard previously served in various marketing roles at the company and its businesses, the filing showed.
