05:42 PM EST, 01/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Angi ( ANGI ) plans to cut 350 jobs to reduce costs amid "AI-driven efficiency improvements."

Restructuring charges of $22 million to $30 million are expected to be split between last quarter and Q1, Angi ( ANGI ) said Wednesday in a regulatory filing. The company runs an online marketplace that connects homeowners with local service professionals.

The global workforce reduction, set to be completed in Q1, is expected to result in $70 million to $80 million in annual run-rate savings in operating expenses and capital expenditures, the company said.

Angi ( ANGI ) shares rose 2.9% in after-hours trading.
