05:54 PM EDT, 05/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AngioDynamics ( ANGO ) said Tuesday it received a CE Mark approval in Europe for its AlphaVac F18 system, a device for the non-surgical removal of thrombi and emboli from the pulmonary arteries and for the treatment of pulmonary embolism.

The company said the regulatory approval paves the way for the device's entry into the European market.
