Anglo American starts arbitration proceedings against Peabody

Oct 3 (Reuters) - Peabody Energy ( BTU ) said on Friday

that Anglo American has initiated arbitration

proceedings in response to the termination of purchase

agreements for the British mining giant's steelmaking coal

assets.
