09:24 AM EDT, 10/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Anglogold Ashanti's ( AU ) acquisition of Augusta Gold has advanced with Augusta Gold stockholders voting to approve the merger resolution, Augusta Gold said Tuesday.

The merger is expected to close on or around Thursday, Augusta Gold said.
