Angus Gold Down Near 10% As Completes $4 Million Financing; Involves Wesdome

02:26 PM EDT, 06/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Angus Gold ( ANGVF ) was at last look down near 10% as it on Friday closed its prior announced private placement raising proceeds of $4 million.

The company issued 5 million flow-through units at $0.80 each. Each unit consists of one common share and half of a share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable for one share at $0.80, for 24 months.

Wesdome Gold Mines ( WDOFF ) , which holds a 10.6% equity stake in the company, subscribed for 500,000 FT units.
