Annexon Launches $125 Million Share Offering

05:33 PM EDT, 06/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Annexon ( ANNX ) said Tuesday it launched an underwritten public offering of $125 million in common shares.

Underwriters may be granted a 30-day option to buy up to additional $18.75 million in shares.

All of the shares are being offered by Annexon ( ANNX ).

Price: 5.95, Change: -0.04, Percent Change: -0.68
