10:33 AM EDT, 07/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Antelope Enterprise Holdings ( AEHL ) said Tuesday it signed a securities purchase agreement with Streeterville Capital for financing of up to $50 million in tranches over a period of up to two years.

The company said it will use the funds to acquire bitcoins.

Shares of Antelope Enterprise ( AEHL ) were down 37% in recent trading.
