Antibe Therapeutics Says the TSX Reviewing a Potential Delisting of its Shares

05:11 PM EDT, 04/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Antibe Therapeutics ( ATBPF ) after trade Tuesday said the Toronto Stock Exchange is reviewing its eligibility for continued listing on the TSX.. According to a statement, the TSX has identified the company's financial condition as a criterion for delisting the company.

Antibe said it has been invited to make submissions to TSX and a hearing has been scheduled for the afternoon of April 23. Further updates will be provided as appropriate, it added.

The company also confirms that it is no longer listed on the OTCQX exchange in the United States.

Antibe shares last traded April 8, closing at C$0.295 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
